We Vassiliki Holidays endeavor to ensure that all our customers have complete satisfaction no matter what their requirements are. It should, however, be understood that we are acting on behalf of the supplier of the travel products specified and that all bookings are accepted on the following conditions.
Holiday / Travel Contract
Once a booking is made, the customer (lead name) guarantees that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. A contract will exist as soon as we issue our confirmation invoice. This demonstrates the lead passengers agreement to pay the balance outstanding (if applicable) and understanding that if the balance is not paid within the time scale, Vassiliki Holidays reserve the right to cancel any arrangements made. This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions which are governed by English and Greek law and we both agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts at all times.
Correct Spelling of Surnames
All names, titles and initials of those travelling should be correctly given at the time of booking. Changes cannot be made at a later date without extra charges being incurred. Please note that in all cases the lead name on the reservation must be 18 years or over at the time of booking. The lead name will be in contract with the supplier and will be responsible for the information provided to the agent for all members of the party this includes the correct spelling of names, title, age, passport and visa information and ensuring that all party members travel with full valid travel insurance.
Suppliers Terms and Conditions
Vassiliki Holidays and it's subsidiary companies acts as agents to the suppliers (eg. the accommodation providers, the airlines, train companies, bus and coach companies, the car hire companies, and any other tour operator or supplier we may use) with whom we book on your behalf. Consequently each supplier's terms and conditions will apply to your booking and copies are available upon request where available. These might not necessarilly be in English.
Availability
All travel products and services featured on this website are subject to availability.
Apartment / Villa Allocation
We will do our utmost to accommodate you in the apartment that you have booked. There may be occassions due to circumstances beyond our control that we may have to at the last minute accommodate you in another apartment. This alternative apartment will generally not be of a lesser quality than that which was originally booked. If we however do have to accomodate you in an apartment with a lower nightly rental charge we will refund you the difference if the full amount or deposit has been paid in advance.
Apartment / Villa Check-In
When you check-in to one of our apartments we will require you to please inspect the apartment on your arrival. Should it be to your satisfaction then we will require you to sign a declartion stating that you are satisfied. If in the unlikely event anything needs doing to the apartment then we would ask you to please add your requests to the check-in form which needs signing and we will tend to these matters as soon as we possibly can in conjunction with the apartment owner or their representative. Any weekend requests may take longer to organise.
Apartment / Villa Early Check-Out
Should you wish to check-out of the apartment early (for whatever reason) and prior to the arranged and agreed rental period booked, the full duration of rental will still be valid and no refunds will be given. In the event of an early check-out we must be notified initially by phone and in writing prior to you checking out, so that arrangements can be made to recover the apartment key. Should we not be able to recover the apartment key within 24 hours then a fee of £75 will be due from yourself for replacing the apartment door lock.
Apartment / Villa Descriptions
Apartment descriptions and photographs are correct at time of being advertised. We cannot be held responsible if the owners of the apartments change, add or remove any feature, appliance, item of furniture, or colour scheme without informing us. As we are only booking agents acting on behalf of the apartment owners we are not responsible for the maintenance, furnishing, cleaning or upkeep of the apartment or the building it is in. As your booking representative we will pass your requests or complaints onto the apartment owner for their consideration and actions. We are not responsible for their final decisons.
Apartment / Villa Rules
The Apartment is rented to you only as a place to reside in as a dwelling and should not be used for any other purpose including for business. The number of people living in the apartment should not be greater than that organized with us at the time of ordering the apartment. Animals are allowed only with the consent of the owners of the apartment. Before leaving an apartment, please ensure that it is left in the same condition that it was found in. Please do not smoke in the apartments except on the balcony if the apartment does have a balcony. You bear the responsibility for the keys whilst residing in the apartment. In the event that they are lost, you are responsible for any cost incurred in the replacement of the keys, and the fitting of a new lock. You should behave according to moral and ethical standards. Loud music, shouting, vandalism or hooliganism can cause complaints from neighbours - in this situation you will immediately be removed from the apartment with no monies for the remainder of the stay being refunded.
Apartment / Villa Rental Disputes
Any dispute that may arise that cannot be resolved by us as your booking representative must be taken up between yourself and the apartment owner directly. We are not liable for any refunds in the event of any dispute that may arise as to the actual apartment itself. We are only responsible for apartment bookings and reservations. All disputes must be made in writing.
Insurance
Each passenger must travel with adequate insurance cover. Such insurance will ensure that you are covered against unforeseen cancellation charges, loss of luggage, personal injury and any medical costs incurred whilst away from home (subject to approval), personal liability claims, loss of money etc. We recommend that you have an insurance policy in place at the time of booking to insure against possible cancellation costs.

Travel Advice
Vassiliki Holidays will do the utmost to advise you on all necessary travel advice for your visit to Greece.
Prices
All prices are subject to availability and to final confirmation from the supplier. All prices advertised on the websites are subject to change without prior warning. Our suppliers reserve the right to alter their prices without notice being given.
Payment
Generally full payment is payable at the time of booking. There may be times when we ask you to pay us a compulsory prepayment percentage of the invoice total at the time of booking with the balance being paid to our representatives / agents on your arrival into Ukraine. You will be informed of this at time of booking.
You can make your payment, by PayPal, by sending cheques to our UK office, by bank transfer, by depositing cash into our UK bank account or by Western Union direct to our agents/representatives in Ukraine. It would help us if you could copy the reference from the top of the receipt onto the back of any cheques.
All bank charges for wired transfers from both the UK and from abroad must be paid by the payer.
Credit / Debit Card Charges
Please note that payments by credit / debit card through PayPal incur a charge of 3.8% which will be added and shown on the invoice. Payments made outside the UK will automatically incur PayPal cross border fees which are based on a rate set by PayPal.
Travel Amendments
All transport timings are provisional and are subject to change. However you will be advised in advance of any major change as per our supplier's booking conditions. On occasions our supplier may find it necessary to alter your holiday, be it a change of accommodation, service or date. Charges will be applied for changing internal transport tickets (time or date) if the changes are requested by you our client.
Cancellations
Should you find it necessary to cancel or amend your holiday, please contact us immediately, we will require written confirmation of the cancellation/amendment by the lead name on the booking by return.
Please contact us for cancelation policies as different hotels, apartment owners, airlines and taxi transfer companies we use have their own varying policies.
Liability
We are retail agents acting on behalf of our suppliers in connection with the sale of travel and tourism products in Greece. All bookings accepted by us and arrangements made by us are subject to the terms and conditions of the operator concerned and we have no direct contractual liability to you in connection with the travel product specified except as may be imposed by English law.
This Website also includes links to external websites. These sites are in the majority of cases links to related sites and are intended to be useful sources of travel information. However, we are not responsible for the content of these Websites and we accept no liability for losses or damage caused by using this information. The information on our websites are as accurate as possible. We cannot, however, accept any liability for losses or damages that you may suffer arising out of your use of our Websites.
Our quotation and or booking confirmation will make reference to these Terms and Conditions
Your statutory rights are not affected and any dispute will be administered by English law.
Complaints
Any complaints in respect of the travel product or service specified must be made within two weeks of the end of the holiday or journey concerned. All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 days and a full reply sent within 28 days.
We encourage feedback about our Website or the travel products supplied. Please contact us if you have any comments whether good or bad.
Data Protection and Privacy
The information we collect on our customers is only collected through our order process and under no circumstances will this information be passed onto third parties. Information about the number of visitors to our websites is also collected through the use of a facility offered to us by our website hosting company.
All our customer records are stored safely and under no circumstances will any information be divulged to any third party. The only information we keep is the name and address and contact details of our customers together with details of the travel product booked.
